Turbo Print 4036 Matt from Poli-Flex. Technical data: Transfer film: polyurethane, cast / Adhesive: co-polyester hotmelt / Thickness in [mm]: 0.10 +/- 10% / Liner: PET film, self-adhesive.

• Transfer conditions: Pressure: 2.5–3.0 bar [medium pressure]/Temperature/time: 130°C, 5 sec. /150°C, 4 sec./160°C, 3 sec.
• NYLON pressure: 2.0 bar [low pressure], Temperature/Time: 150°C, 5 sec. pre-press/5 sec. press on nylon
• Remove PET liner, cover transfer with silicon paper & apply for further 10 sec. Press
• Please consider to adjust the application time when using highly structured cotton or cotton mixture fabrics
• Wash resistance: 60 °C
• Only use colour or mild detergent
• Wash textiles inside out
• Suitable for tumble drying (commercial tumble dryer up to max. 100°C)
• Printing: True sided
• TURBO PRINT 4036 MATT is a heat-sealable, printable PU textile transfer film (opaque white, 100 μ) suitable for light and dark textiles
• Due to a special top coat, the film offers an excellent washing-resistance
• TURBO PRINT 4036 MATT is suitable for transfer to textiles like cotton, polyester, uncoated nylon, mixtures of polyester/cotton and polyester/acrylic
• Waterproof nylon fabrics should be tested for suitability before carrying out transfers
• TURBO PRINT 4036 MATT offers a high print resolution with a matt finish and has a pleasant soft textile touch
• The transfer film is used for motifs and logos on sport, leisure and work wear
• TURBO PRINT 4036 MATT is compatible with all current printers using ECO-solvent, solvent and latex inks
• Due to a newly developed, self-adhesive PET film liner, even very small letters and motifs can be easily cut by all current CAD/CAM plotters after the printing process
• We recommend the use of POLI-TACK 854 + 870 for transfer and as a protective cover during hot transfer
• The PET liner should be removed warm
• The raw materials are ecologically inert, do not contain PVC, plasticizers or heavy metals.
• We recommend to carry out an application test on original materials
• Due to the various influences resulting from the production and transfer of the transfer film, the nature of the materials and the washing and cleaning conditions, product liability can only apply to unprocessed materials.
