Turbo Print 4010-S Blockout PT902 Poli-Flex Films & Accessories.

Technical Data: Transfer Film: Polyurethane, cast with a blockout interlayer.
Adhesive: Co-polyester hotmelt.
Thickness in [mm]: 0.12 +/- 10%.
Liner: PET film, self-adhesive.
Transfer Conditions: Temperature: 130 °C.
Pressure: 2.5–3.0 bar [average pressure].
Time: 5 sec.
Wash resistance: 60 °C.
Only use colour or mild detergent.
Wash textiles inside out.
Printing: True sided.
Sublimation resistant, printable Polyurethane film (white) with a blockout interlayer.
Suitable for bright and dark textiles.
The film possesses a soft textile touch.
After the thermal transfer, a semi-matt finish with high resolution is achieved.
TURBO PRINT 4010-S BLOCKOUT is compatible with all current printers using ECO-solvent, solvent and latex inks.
Thanks to the self-adhesive PET backing film, even very small letters and motifs can be cut out after printing with all current CAD/CAM plotters. To avoid any changes during sublimation, the garment should not be heated beforehand.
After heat-transfer we recommend removing the PET-liner warm.
We recommend the application tape POLI-TACK 853 + 854 + 870 for transfer.
TURBO PRINT 4010-S BLOCKOUT is suitable for transfer to textiles like cotton, polyester, uncoated nylon, mixtures of polyester/cotton and polyester/acrylic.
Waterproof nylon fabrics should be tested for suitability before carrying out transfers.
The transfer film is used for motifs and logos on sport, leisure and work wear.
We recommend to carry out an application test on original materials.
Due to the various influences resulting from the production and transfer of the transfer film, the nature of the materials and the washing and cleaning conditions, product liability can only apply to unprocessed materials.
Please note that due to the barrier layer of BLOCKOUT films, there may be limitations when used on stretchable textiles. As a result, cracks, wrinkles or creases may occur in the application. This is strongly dependent on the nature of the textile as well as the size and type of the font.
