• Technical data: Transfer film: polyester fabric.

• Printing: indirectly using transfer paper.
• Heat-seal polyester fabric (white) specially developed for sublimation printing.
• The silicone paper liner allows even the most intricate motifs to be cut after printing using a CAD/CAM plotter.
• The polyester fabric is easy to weed.
• For transfer and as a protective cover during hot transfer, we recommend the use of POLI-TACK 853 (PT300).
• POLI-FLEX® 4675 is used for printing logos and motifs for sportswear, leisurewear and workwear.
• The uniform surface ensures bold, brilliant colours are retained during printing.
• Fabrics that have a water-repellent finish or waterproofing are not suitable for heat transfers.
• We recommend to carry out an application test on original materials.
• Due to the various influences resulting from the production and transfer of the transfer film, the nature of the materials and the washing and cleaning conditions, product liability can only apply to unprocessed materials.
• Application: Print onto the transfer paper with sublimation ink (with image reversed).
• Place the sublimation paper on top of the polyester fabric and transfer the motif using a heating press set at 190°C, applying medium pressure (3.5 bar) for 40–50 seconds. Transfer.
• /Press the printed polyester fabric onto the textile, following the specified transfer guidelines.
