Description

Uniprint Nature CFP303 CFP Flex Films & Accessories.

• Technical data: Printable solvent- and PVC-free polyurethane film, matt, white, laminated on a hot-melt adhesive coating, which in turn is laminated on a paper carrier; thickness (+/-5%): hot-melt adhesive coating: 80 microns, paper carrier: 135 microns for cotton – polyester – cotton blend – coated nylon/polyester (depending on the chemical composition of the waterproof coating); transfer conditions: Pressure: medium; hot pressing without overlap: coated nylon: 1. First pressing: 150°C/20 seconds, remove tape if necessary, 2. Second pressing: 150°C/10 seconds, protect with baking paper when pressing; other fabrics: 1. Test each new fabric first, 2. Print and plot the positive image with solvent/ecosolvent inks, 3. Transfer to the fabric with UNITAPE 600 Application Tape (with film), pressing: 140°C/10 seconds, ironing: After printing, cutting or plotting (on the positive side) and weeding, the image is transferred to the fabric using UNITAPE 600 Application Tape. Protect the iron-on tape with baking paper, set the iron to a low or medium temperature. Do not use steam. Iron thoroughly, remove the tape after cooling, use baking paper during each press to protect the Flex film from direct contact with the heat plate in order to prevent damage to the heat-adhesive layer when opening the heat press.
• Wash resistance: Do not wash until 24 hours after pressing; Do not use aggressive detergents; Iron on the reverse side; Wash temperature: Coated nylon: 40°C, other textiles: 60°C, store the film at a mild temperature in a dry place and protect it from direct sunlight.
• Easy transfer with our UNITAPE AT600 Application Tape.
• Reverse side made of paper prevents the film from slipping on the rollers.
• Suitable for solvent, ecosolvent (including TrueVIS 2) and latex colours.
• Stays completely flat after printing.
