Uniflex Nature CFP101N CFP Flex Films & Accessories.

Technical data: Environment-friendly solvent- and PVC-free polyurethane coating, recyclable paper carrier, laminated between a transparent self-adhesive paper carrier and a heat-adhesive layer, thickness (+/-5%): Heat-adhesive layer 80 microns, paper carrier 125 microns, suitable for cotton, polyester, polycotton and coated nylon/polyester (depending on the type of waterproof coating).
Transfer conditions: Pressure: medium (depending on the pressing used), backing removal: warm to hot removal, hot pressing without overlap – coated nylon (test each new fabric first): 1. First pressing – 150°C/10 seconds and removal of the backing film after cooling, 2. Second pressing – 150°C/30 seconds and protect with baking paper, other fabrics: 130°C/10 seconds, hot pressing with overlap – coated nylon: no overlap; other fabrics: 1. First pressing – 140°C/10 seconds, 2. Final pressing – 140°C/10 seconds, protect with baking paper, iron on (A4 motifs): After cutting or plotting (rear side) and weeding, iron on the picture or text with an iron (at low or medium temperature) in circular movements from the centre to the outside – do not use steam; remove the backing film after cooling, use baking paper each time you iron to protect the film from direct contact with the hotplate, store the film at a moderate temperature in a dry place and protect it from direct sunlight.
Wash resistance: Do not wash until 24 hours after pressing; Do not use bleach or aggressive detergents; Iron on the reverse side; Wash temperature: Coated nylon: 40°C, other textiles: 60°C.
Very easy and precise weeding, even for small letters.
Short pressing duration at low temperatures: 130°C/10 seconds for cotton, polyester, polycotton etc. (special parameters for coated nylon).
