Subli-Flock 5901 PT951 Poli-Tape Flock Films & Accessories.

• Technical Data: Transfer Film: Polyester flock.
• Adhesive: Copolyester-hotmelt.
• Thickness in [mm]: 0.64 +/- 10%.
• Liner: Silicone-paper, white.
• Transfer Conditions: Temperature: 160 °C.
• Pressure: 2.5–3.0 bar [average pressure].
• Time: 15 sec.
• Wash resistance/printing.
• Wash resistance: 60 °C.
• Only use colour or mild detergent.
• Wash textiles inside out.
• Suitable for tumble drying.
• Printing: indirectly using transfer paper.
• Heat-sealable Polyesterflock (white), with excellent results with dye-sublimation transfer-printing.
• Also suitable for screen printing and direct printing with sublimation inks.
• The liner on the hotmelt side allows motifs and logos to be cut by all current CAD/CAM plotters after printing.
• The Flock offers excellent weeding properties.
• SUBLI-FLOCK 5901 is used for printing logos and motifs applied to sports, leisure and workwear.
• The printing results are with bright and vivid colours due to high fibre density.
• The Polyester-Flock is resistant to yellowing.
• Fabrics that have a water-repellent finish or waterproofing are not suitable for heat transfers.
• We recommend to carry out an application test on original materials.
• Due to the various influences resulting from the production and transfer of the transfer film, the nature of the materials and the washing and cleaning conditions, product liability can only apply to unprocessed materials.
• Application: Print transfer paper with sublimation ink (mirror-inverted).
• Place sublimation paper on the flock and transfer the motif using a heating press at 185°C and medium pressure (2.0 bar) for 40–45 seconds. Transfer.
• Press the printed flock onto the textile with the specified transfer conditions.
